Trees in Fairmilehead Park

A bit breezy in the morning. I tis slightly dull, and the Pentland Hills are dark. I do a wee walk around the park in the morning. The larch trees looked good in the sunshine. I wasn't expecting the football camp to be operating today, there was still a stay at home alert. However, in a heavy flurry of snow, wee kids were having a great time kicking the football. So I went home. After morning coffee and the grocery delivery, Not many items missing from the grocery delivery, which was a surprise given everything was shut yesterday due to the storm. I then went back to the park. The Pentland Hills now have a fair covering of snow. And there is a thing covering in the park, just about visible on the grass.

After lunch, partner and I walked down to get weekend (Burn's Night dinner) groceries. The head home on the bus. It feels quite a bit colder than yesterday. Not a lot of snow melt on the hills.

A quiet evening watching Pointless and the new episode of Silent Witness.
