The next generation

Today was just a perfect, beautiful sunny day. Probably the hottest day that we've had on our summer holidays since we holidayed in Glen Nevis in 2009.

I am so enjoying camping with the girls. Daughter number one has made a bundle of new pals that change on a daily basis as is the transient nature of a campsite. She is running about like a wee Tasmanian devil with her motley crew. The air is filled with the laughs and giggles of the kids which warns my insides just as much as the sun heats my outsides.

One of the best holidays we've had for a while.
