First ever duck egg!

I found a wee croft selling eggs and veg when I was out running the other morning but what with it being 6am it was closed so we nipped back yesterday to buy some eggs. . The crofter chap asked if I wanted hen or duck eggs. I opted for Hen and asked him what the duck eggs tasted like as I had never tried them before. He said "tell you what, here's twa on the hoose and if you like them come back and by some more". Will definitely be going back, check out that yolk, it's as bright as the sunrise in the Sahara. It was rather nice.

Bit rainy today so a visit to the soft play was the order of the day. Loving my hols!
