Ready

Ready for our friends Lampis and Gelly, plus their younger son Christos. It's been a long time since we've seen them in Edinburgh. They last came here before we did up the kitchen (Feb 2018 was when it was done) so before then, at a time when we used to have the dining table in a different part of the room. Christos and his older brother are back in Edinburgh for the first time since 2017 or so.

Earlier on we went shopping, at the market and the nearby supermarket and then at another supermarket. We didn't do Burns fare but instead I did some hors d'oeuvres (pictured) and then Mr A made fish pie and his signature roasted plums. Seemed to go down well.
