New Growth

in a pot.  I have no idea whether theses are bulbs I planted last autumn or tete a tete I planted after they'd flowered the last few years - and also a tulip I think!

Its been a quiet but busy day today working from home.  I'm glad I was at home as I'm not feeling too great, coughing again...

Miss Charlie slept most of the day away - extra; and second extra - her lovely new catflap, fitted by a nice young man this afternoon.   She can't use it until tomorrow though!  

It is a much smaller 'window' and certainly we have no draught coming through where it wasn't fitted properly before :):)

(However he used some really smelly stuff to fix it, which has left rather a strong smell :()

Tonight I have youth club, so need to get organised very shortly!

I hope everyone affected by Storm Eowyn is OK.  I see some places are badly affected.  We were quite lucky, although the wind was very blustery in the night here.
