I overslept this morning which gave me 20 minutes to get organised, eat breakfast and get out the door.  I just made it to work on time!

A busy day, when all that could go wrong did go wrong.  

I found out yesterday, I have to have a PDR, despite being a contractor - I have always, always hated them (and until the job before this one have always been incredibly negative)...but it has to be done.  

I never understand the technical way they do these things.  This one is done using something called 'CARL'.  I will have to google it to fully understand it I think.

Apparently they do them to gauge who can have a payrise and who can't which is incredibly cruel.....  I honestly don't care if I have one, but if I do it will be nice...

Anyway that's been my day.

I got home and called the Samsung customer support line as John Lewis suggested.  They have given me another number to contact tomorrow...so I'll see if it will cost more than having someone local out.

Dreading this storm Eowyn, and feel very sorry for people who are in its path...stay safe blippers!!
