Unidentified

We had nine ringers this morning including the vicar and his wife but only a congregation of ten in total. I caught up with the football after lunch before going out for a walk and looking for a blip. I found this blue flower or fungus in the cleft of a tree and wondered what it was. I searched for it using Google lens but only came up with 'blue feather.' Perhaps someone can help.
