A Too Much Cake Day!

It’s been quite a day, full of fun and laughter and definitely too much cake!! 
Julian’s party was a hilarious affair with many people dropping by to wish him a Happy Birthday, he was so happy to see everyone!  The Black Forest Cake was a big hit and there was an ice cream cake as well which I didn’t try! : )
I went on after that to my dear friends 80th Birthday at a lovely hotel.  
Once again it was filled with lots of fun, food and laughter and catching up with old friends some not seen for around 50 years whew!!!  
I had a wonderful time and when the cake came out my stomach groaned but I had to try the beautiful Red Velvet creation which was incredibly good! : ) In extras at the end, half gone! : )
It’s late and I’m not sure how much longer I’ll last, so off to bed and hopefully catch up with you all tomorrow! : )xxx
