Hope you all have a grand day - wherever you are in the world.
This is Yorkshire Day - celebrating the largest and, by far, the best county within the UK.

I had all kinds of images planned but this is the one I liked - it is something different.

All kinds of celebrations are planned for today, but I started early morning in Filey. Across the beach, artists had drawn a huge advert in the sand, only part of which is shown here. The tide and folk walking on the beach will take the rest away during this day.

A special mention for Mel too - it is her 40th birthday today. Happy Birthday Mel !
