Long-tailed tit

I've taken so many bad shots of long-tailed tits this year that I was jumping up and down (okay, not literally) when I got this one.  They're birds I'm very fond of but once again not always easy to blip.  Still, here we are.  And as you can see it's been the most wonderful blue-sky day.  Full-on sunshine, cold and with tiny pockets of the snow that fell yesterday evening, though you mostly needed a microscope to see it!

So that was much of the morning.  I had hoped to go to the coast today, but landed up having a physio appointment at the hospital this afternoon.  However, I do see we have a few sunny days coming up...
