End of Salad Days?

I made the mistake of putting these salad servers ( inherited from mother-in-law) into the dishwasher. We've been eating more salads recently so had dug them out from a drawer.

Unfortunately they are made of a type of plastic that is not dishwasher proof. So unless Salvador Dali is coming round for tea or I wish to enter some modern art exhibition I fear they are for recycling!
