More Threads...

The weather was thoroughly unpleasant today with wind gusts to 35 MPH added to already frigid temps.  I was going to do something with the old spools of thread from my MIL and tag it for Tiny Tuesday but then I decided to play around with using Jax as my background - and then this happened.  I have to say that he did pick up the spool at one point but as soon as I asked him to "drop it" he complied - thank goodness.  It would.d have been a nightmare scenario if he'd decided to gulp it down...  I guess our boy is finally growing up.

Hubs headed into NYC this afternoon for a 3 day meeting so he won't be home until Thursday evening.  He stocked me up with enough firewood to last the day so I don't have to brave the elements to restock until tomorrow morning.  Which is fine because I will need to go out anyway to take the trash out to the Lane.  Already dreading it.  

I was in house-cleaning mode today and then decided to bake some Keto cookies, too.  I guess this will rid me of any need to be domestic again for a while...
