The Long and Winding Road

Not sure you can really call it a road!   An old Drovers Road, so OK, it is a road, that, if you carry on for another mile or so, leads over the watershed then down to Pennal in the Dyfi valley.   The lane up from Rhydyronen, a favourite walk.  It was cold and mizzly this afternoon but still a nice walk for Meg and I.  We did come down a bit faster than we went up though!

After a lazy start, a pancake brunch at Jamie's although it was soon after my morning toast so I only needed one.   From there to Rhydyronen, then home for a family catch up call.  Funeral plans are coming on ok.  If any of our friends reading this would like to come, do get in touch with one of us.   Food and a quiet night in.  Feeling a bit under the weather, hoping it's nothing much as I have a Birmingham trip coming up midweek.
