Saucy sunset
Slight frost last night, but nothing to get upset about! A chilly day though, and I didn't get outside much until after lunch when I forced myself out to do a circuit of the local streets. I walked through the garden of a couple of friends who I could see were watching the TV and didn't hear me knocking - but I enjoyed the view of the snowy mountains from their garden anyway!
Further on I was pleased to meet an elderly lady coming out of her garden - I hadn't seen her for several years and assumed she had moved away or worse! She looked younger than she'd looked before and said she's always been there!
Later in the afternoon Mrs M called out to tell me to look at the sunset. It was pretty amazing so I high-tailed it up to McCaig's Tower to have a better look. It was even more amazing - my Blip today is the view as I walked through the Tower on my way to the viewing platform. The extra is the real view from the platform. The whole town should have been up there, but there were only a few.
