No Beer
Not much happened today apart from my lunch with Junior.
Mind you, by the time I had spent half the morning in the kitchen preparing it, then half the afternoon in the kitchen cleaning up, with some time with him in between... well, I was tired and it was dark.
But it was fun. All of it.
He had given me a bottle of wine last week, so I felt it would be polite to open it and drink some while he was here. He has good taste (or is well advised). It is lovely - it is a Santenay Haute Cuvée 2018.
Once he had left I started research on what I can do with the leftover cabbage. This led me to an entertaining introduction to North Korean cuisine.
