Cabbage (Day 2)

My life seems to be returning to normal after the year-end nonsense. I thing that is a good thing, but time will tell. 

I got stuck into a pile of housework today, and that was about it. 

This evening I started on my mission to use up all the cabbage I have left over after yesterday, and made something Korean for the first time - a cabbage rice bowl. Quick. Easy. Delicious. 

I reckon it is a South Korean dish. Whatever - it used up a quarter of the white cabbage. The only thing I had to buy was spring onions. 

I wonder what tomorrow will bring? It is too cold to sit outside for 2 hours at football. Will all the local Parkruns be iced off? Will I end up spending my day in the kitchen cooking cabbage dishes?
