Greystoke Castle Great Hall.

To be honest I am not sure it is called the great hall but it is pretty big and the main hall in the "castle".  Why were we there?  The village has been fighting for a couple of years to get a bus service restored to the village.  Finally sometime this year we will be getting a trial service.  We went thinking we were going to have a group photo for publicity purposes.  How wrong can you be?  ITV were there and after various statements by our county councillor etc they wanted volunteers to be interviewed about why we needed a bus.  Clickt=y chick was brave and gave a short interview

When I first came to the village I could get to school by bus (not the school bus) and depending on what I had on at school home just after 4,5 6 or 7.  Then they rerouted the Keswick bus how and why missing the majority of villages between Penrith and Keswick made sense particularly financially I don't know.

Sometime from tomorrow the interviews will be on the Border TV news.  However as it isn't news that is time dependent they couldn't say exactly which day it would be on.
