The Dell Dippers took to the water today to wish LN a Happy Birthday.  There was a fair few of us and we were sharing the "beach" and water with fishermen or rather their lines and paddle boarders. Obviously the place to be !  
We sang Happy Birthday in the water and enjoyed cake afterwards. It was lovely and bright when we were in the water but five minutes before it had been snowing .

Back home I made enough batches of soup from the left over ham and gravy to do six lunches (four pea and ham and two lentil and ham) and enjoyed one mug with a toasted cheese for today's lunch. Perfect after my morning swim.

Much of this afternoon has been spent taking down, sorting out and putting away Christmas decorations.  It is good to start getting back into a more normal routine.
