Snowman light

Went to bed last night around 10:30, woke up at midnight, I heard some fireworks going off. I rolled over and went right back to sleep. Then I woke up at 4:30 and could not get back to sleep. I finally got up at 6:30.

The brunch group went for lunch at a new to us restaurant. We may possibly go there for brunch sometimes. We were the only people there eating, but when we were getting ready to leave the place was starting to fill up. They had a ceilidh planned for the afternoon, and apparently the place was almost fully booked for it.

Later this afternoon I went to a levee singles dance. At least there were more men there than there was at the dance in Bedford. Most of them showed how good they were at holding up a wall. The men that did sit at some tables stayed on the perimeter. About a quarter of the men there actually got up on the dance floor. The women have no problem getting  up and dancing with each other, except for the slow ones. By 6:30 I did not have much energy left, so I came home. 

I'm going to have an early night tonight.
