Another foggy day

Walking was difficult today with the temperature above freezing again. The snow and ice on all the trails is soft. I decided to walk at Eastern Passage today, it is a relatively short walk most days, but took me about twice as long today even though I was wearing crampons.
Every year someone builds this reindeer using driftwood and seaweed from the beach. The extra is a view of the shops of Fisherman's Cove. Most of them are closed this week, and will remain closed until the spring. A few of them open on the weekends during the winter.
This is my 3 year anniversary on blip. I am glad that I found this community. Thanks to all the people behind the scenes who keep this site going.
