Lamped

Busy morning what with the house needing tidying and a re-up of food supplies.

I was pleased to have squeezed a walk in before rehearsal too, although I had to cut this short due to excessive clartiness over on the fields. 

Considering investing in some fancy wellies to combat this…..

Rehearsal was long, but necessary as the director needed to get our brilliant band of juniors integrated into the song and dance numbers with the adults. They were up on stage for a long time and did absolutely fantastic! 

What I love about this time in the process is that more and more props start appearing such as the one pictured here. It’s only used for a small part of a scene, but look at the effort that has gone into its construction!

It was nice to collect the wee ones on my way home and finish the day with a catch-up over some cheese n biscuits and a board/quiz game.

All welcome distractions from a brief return to work tomorrow!
