Never Too Late

A bit of bright colour on an otherwise grey, overcast and misty day. I liked the combination of orange and black of these milkweed seed pods. It was raining on and off to boot. Fortunately it's warming up and the snow is mostly gone now. The lake remains frozen, but the ice is thinning. I hope these seeds are still viable.
