Drooping

The drooping branch of a basswood frames distant trees on a misty December afternoon. Having said we don't get many foggy days, in contradiction, we have had a few recently. I attribute that to climate change, of course, and how atypical the temperature ups and downs have been these last couple of years. Still a little patch of snow left in the foreground.

Hard to isolate this view and I removed a few twigs and branches around the edges that were distracting. I also lightened a couple of spots that were backlit and overly dark for the same reason.
