A lazy day, while Archie was out. I caught ‘A Hard Day’s Night’ on afternoon tv. I remember swooning over that in the 60s, but OMG - it has NOT aged well. I could not bear to watch it. It was SO amateurish

Elizabeth took Archie out, so in the afternoon we started watching ‘La Palms’… and then went to visit Dougal and his mum. We had a wonderful evening, being plied with bubbly and a never ending array of delicious nibbles.

Dougal was as sweet as ever.

I discover what fun Christine’s ‘Alexa’ was - we took turns in requesting songs or artists. I must look into this further…
