Heaven's Breath

Ok, it was a really good day, and shame I have no extras left. 

Have chosen this one of our eldest, leading the service at the 4pm Carols and Communion service, which was very special- Christ is a God who... Loosely inspired by the Advent book we've all been reading, Mary's Voice, by Dr Amy Orr-Ewing, focusing on Mary's account of her firstborn's birth.

Three of us women Blippers did the readings, and my co-granny (who used to Blip!) sang this beautiful song, Gaynor has such a lovely voice.

Gratefuls:
- friends popping in for coffees and lunch
- deeply coloured sky flooding the huge windows of our church with reds and oranges and purples; felt like a benediction
- a special evening with our son's in-laws, cheese and meat fondues, and an extremely alcoholic homemade in Germany eggnog to finish with
