Rémy in Ireland
My son has been in Ireland since the end of last week and is now returning. Apparently he has enjoyed being there and speaking English with total strangers, which isn't very often. They've visited Belfast (with a London taxi tour and Titanic museum visit), Londonderry, the Giants causeway and Dublin.
Here's a few pics where we see Rémy has developed his sense of humour.
He visited the Titanic centre, where he tested his English "wordplay".
His mate was a bit taken aback by the food the family they were staying with, had prepared. Spuds, garden peas, chicken kiev & gravy... About as un-French as you can get!
This same mate scared everyone to death when he nearly "stepped" off a cliff at the giants causeway. LOL
Currently they're heading back on the ferry, which is apparently like a roller coaster, everyone has thrown up apart from him so far. They had near enough a 5 hour wait to board. Normally the crossing is 18 hours, I suspect it'll be a bit longer than that:
Emma went to see the out of hours Doctor last night with Mme MB. She is just suffering with the after effects of norovirus. She's had an extention to her sick note, so will have today off as well.
