Scritches and switches

Somehow today was spent doing not a great deal, or it feels like it.  I had a lazy start while some pain meds saw off the headache that arrived yesterday evening.

Once feeling human again I stripped out some of the old auxilliary wiring from the torpedo, and found more of it had corroded almost to nothing over the decade.  Then it was a very slow, gradual process of adding spade connectors to the new loom and reminding myself how to wire lighty-up switches.  I need to install four of them.  I then worked out a system for labelling all the wires but it still seems too complicated.  In the end I stopped before I started making mistakes.  Meanwhile my big blue boy came visiting and went to sleep on his chair for an hour or two.

A long video chat with bestie was had afterwards, then thrown together pie and chips for tea, and a long hot shower to wind down before another week at the controls.
