A Frosty Knot

The King's Knot, known locally as the cup and saucer, is best seen from above. I like walking there and it's a great place for dogs but you don't really appreciate the shape when you're at ground level. This blip is taken from the Back Walk, the path below the castle.

As you can see we had a really hard frost last night. It was -6° in the potting shed never mind in the open air.

I'd been at my strengthening and lengthening yoga class at 09:00. I know it's doing me good but it is hard work. After that, and a coffee, Cameraman and I had a circuitous walk. Flora has run herself into exhaustion. For now anyway.

I'll try for a bit of garden tidying later before it becomes damp again. I've got a trustee meeting tonight. I'm hardly able to look at blip just now. Thanks for all the kind comments, hearts and stars.
