Today's Pleasures

Oskar texted yesterday and said he and an arty friend would be close today and could they come over and look at art on the wall and maybe take some ‘stuff”. out of my bedroom.   Andy goes to the UW, is taking class at the Burke museum and hopes to get a job there in paleontology.   And she’s a photographer.   Had a Canon rebel series with her.    So she went home with my 100-400 lens that fits her camera and that I didn’t know what to do with! ..the stabilizer doesn’t work so couldn’t trade it in.   Also they looked at photo books, (which of course will be saved for O) chose some empty journals ( one for her grandmother who has taken up small watercolors) and papers,  and she also took the lovely  old camera bag that I lugged around so many places in the world.   I’m so delighted and so is she!!!   (extra)
