Plaque for the car car

I was taken by surprise when I was in the supermarket this morning and received a text to tell me that the plaque that I ordered on Monday was ready for me to collect. Here it is (with details of my father-in-law removed to protect his privacy.)

Thursdays are always busy in this household. Today was no exception. I have exercised, supermarket shopped, helped with a zillion (well, not quite) loads of laundry, received my first Christmas card(!), written a personal letter, chatted to my sisters online and on the phone, cooked dinner for five (Paddy and Caitlin are eating here after their run tonight), answered email - I could go on...

Exercise today: 1 hour on the exercise bike: 45 interval run; walking (17,356 steps including run).
