A scrap journal

This is a page from an art journal created from leftover printed papers (gel prints) that I made in 2020. I was looking at it today and decided to take some photos to share. I haven't done much mixed media art for a month which is unusual. I'm sure the hurricane and being away for 2 weeks is part of it, but being out of the habit is too.

Ever since I was a small girl, creating and making has been part of part of who I am. This was always encouraged, for which I am so grateful.

Looking through this journal made me feel proud of all the creative things I've enjoyed making over the years. It also has inspired me to make a plan to dive into mixed media art again. Yay!

I want to say thanks for your interest & the support you given me since last May, when I returned to Blipfoto after a year's absense. Connecting with friends (some of you I've know since 2010!) and finding new friends here has been a joy for me. :⁰)
