Autumn colours in the garden

Nice to see all the autumn colours contrasting with the brighter fatsias. Early this morning we had lots of birds on the feeders. Blue tits, great tits, cold tits, robins and one parakeet.

A dull day but we went to watch the grandchildren playing football and their team won. The pitch was opposite where the NZ rugby team were staying so lots of people hanging around waiting for a glimpse as they got into their coach. I’ve just heard they beat England by a fine margin!

We had the family for a nice lunch and after wards I have been going through lots of old photos ready to add to my Life Story book. Looking for all the cats we have had over the years!

Now I am going to watch a fireworks display with a friend.
