Looking up

My Mum was doing much better today - she slept well and her blood pressure had come down.  On her way home soon, by the sounds of it.  A few stressful message exchanges with my sister and brother (and brother-in-law) though - and a looong phone call with my brother who is currently on holiday in Turkey (and facing his own health issues).  I was exhausted after all that.  At some point in the day though, I did feel up to doing a few Pilates stretches - this was my view from the floor.
