Stobo 24- Last Day

It’s all over bar the unpacking for another year. We had an extra hour at Stobo with the clocks going back last night.  I swam before breakfast and the others afterwards. I read my book in the atrium and paid the bill while  the others went for a walk. The sun shone again and it was warm enough not to need coats.

Yorkshire daughter left at 11am with a packed lunch in order to get back home before it got too dark. We  four  remaining  had lunch at 12:30  and I celebrated our imminent departure with my last Eton Mess sundae, see extra!

I think I can safely say that we all had a wonderful 3 days. The daughters have expended huge quantities of energy while I, not so much . We have all eaten too much and drunk too much but we can tighten our waist bands from here on in.
