I can't take anymore. 
Life feels too much. 
Went down to asda for shopping, forgot stuff because I forgot my list. Got wet.
Had the dentist because I chipped my tooth. Got a lecture about my decaying teeth and sugar intake.
Had an email from a neighbour a few weeks ago saying she had quotes for all the windows to be re painted. I said I couldn't afford to contribute,  today got an email saying its my responsibility as a building owner for the upkeep of the building and she mentioned going down the legal route to get me to pay. 
Just want to end it all.
