A Closer Proximity, Mote Park, Maidstone

Still running every morning but unfortunately not with my brother as his back has gone. It's slowly getting better but he's having to take it easy at the moment so that he has time to recover.
He can now manage a slow walk so we had a short shuffle round town and a sit down for a quick drink at The Market House. On the spur of the moment we decided to head to Mote Park as it was sunny and mild. Of course, by the time we got there the sunshine was much more intermittent but for a brief few seconds it turned this couple on the horizon into silhouettes and there was my picture for the day. My brother's back is still quite stiff but he does find if he keeps moving it does help so hopefully he's on the mend. I've suffered from the same thing before as well so I know exactly how uncomfortable and exhausting it is.
