Come To The Bark Side, Rochester

After yesterday's downpours it was so nice to see the sun again. As the weather was so good we intended to head towards the coast but then my brother kiboshed his back somehow so we agreed it was better to just make the short trip over to Rochester as he was finding it difficult to walk any distance. I've had back problems on and off for years so know exactly how it feels. This didn't stop me taking the mick though (it's what brothers are there for after all!). We've called it OMB (Old Man's Back) and my brother finds it very funny when I attempt to start running with it as my backside tends to stick out until the pain eases as I become more mobile.
Anyway, back to our micro trip. We took a slow loop up round past the castle and then back on to the High Street where I took today's image. I just liked how the dog owner was going one way but her pet had spotted it's nirvana and was having a good old sniff!
