Before the Parkrun

SATURDAY

It was a cool, clear morning with a temperature inversion across the Vale of Clwyd as I headed over to Prestatyn for this morning's Nova Parkrun. 

With only one more weekend before the clocks change to GMT, here on the west coast, the sun hadn't risen  when I arrived and an almost full moon was clearly visible.

Running in my new "100" shirt (see extra)  I came in 47th position with a time of 00:27:45 which, these days,  is about average for me on this course.

A stop off at M&S cafe and food hall before heading home.

Washed both cars late morning and potted up some Christmas roses in the warm sunshine this afternoon.
