New doc

Dropped two wildlings off with nana and grandad this morning and then we headed up to Glasgow for my injection.  I had a new doc give me the injection this time and he was so meticulous,  he injected my shoulder in three places. Said I have tendinitis in my rotator cuff ( quite surprised at that as that where one part of my surgery was two years ago ). My bursa is still inflamed too. So that part was injected as well. 

Before the anesthetic wore off we took Harp and Xander to five guys for lunch.  Our first time there. It was delicious.  But it cost half of my aldi shop. Couldn't believe the price of it. Harp wants to go back again.  I said she would need to get a job. 

The jedi peed himself while at nanas.  I have the number of a specialist in that department I'll call tomorrow.  But I did manage to speak to his health visitor and the head of occupational therapy today. They both say he's not ready but he's nearly 5 ! 

We're not long home and I'm completely wiped out. I'm always amazed that a shoulder injection does that to me. A early night will be on the cards.
