Visual plan

This is what we have for the Jedi for his toilet training.  And poo goes to pooland story and app. But nothing makes a difference.  He has a phobia of the toilet and I can take him on and off throughout the day but he cries and gets so upset. And he will just hold his pee in for 12 hours until a nappy goes on at bedtime.  Well he did pee in the bath earlier as I gave him a early bath. And I could tell by his face that he peed. 

Xander went away with his friend for a few hour's. So me and the wee wildlings watched 'inside out  '. What a great movie. And I let them have a treat of popcorn with melted marshmallows and chocolate. Which they love. 

I went out my first jog last night. Oh boy I've lost my fitness.  I didn't even manage 2km and I've had to take extra pain pills today and last night.  Will be a long journey for sure. But it felt good to get out. And I'll try and go out every other night . Well tomorrow I have my shoulder injection so will have to wait a few days. We're only taking 2 wildlings to Glasgow with us and the other 2 will stay with nana and grandad.
