Monday: Autumn Colours & Sunshine

We were up early this morning because MrD needed to take his motorbike to Manchester for a service, he left just after 7am and said the roads were incredibly busy but got there in good time.

Weather was pretty good, started off around 5°C and up to 13°C by lunchtime.

I had a bit of a clear out of the kitchen cupboards, then pottered around the back garden for a short while.

The builders arrived around 2pm, checked the pipe draining into the manhole and eventually discovered the problem, new parts are needed and they’ll finish the job before end of the week.

Watched an episode of a new series of “Foyle’s War” which was action packed!
