Not being able to walk particularly well, I opted to go with Himself to meet his brother for lunch. It won't do much for my waistline but at least I was out of the house.

We had a good old chat (alongside an enormous fish finger sandwich) and it good to see him out and about. He's still struggling with chemo after effects but as he says, every day is a bit more positive. The next check is in early December, until then we're all taking things by day..

Home to a chilly house, the heating might need to go back onto auto this week.
