Back from the lake

Tuesday 8th October 2024

We went with the coach tour today, up to Keswick. We only had a couple of hours but we managed to get to the lake and do some photography around there. It was very grey and wet. Just as we approach the quay where these boats were a dog ran at the geese and they all flew off to the water, unfortunately we missed that shot. I was just photographing the boats when they started to walk back to shore and I spotted the boat for three passengers, I just had to wait until I had three geese. :-)

The coach then took us to Hawkshead, where we went and explored the church. Unfortunately we ran out of time for Coniston.

We had a good evening reviewing our photos.
