Foulshaw Nature Reserve

After a work visit this morning and a time of preparation, I headed North to Grange-over-Sands. I made a brief stop at Foulshaw Nature Reserve to stretch my legs and get a blip. Most of the birds were in hiding but a woodpecker did make a visit to one of the feeders. 

I am leading a Mindful Photography week at Thornleigh Christian Hotel. Four men on the group this week and we have a couple of days out booked.
