St John's Wort

Blipped as the light was beginning to go - it's so early these days - sigh - on my way back from posting a birthday card on Morningside Road as it was too big for my local post box. Actually, that was a good thing as it gave me a bit of fresh air and exercise after being inside all day, doing housework. I feel quite virtuous this evening, I should try it more often.
