Rain

Well, the weather lived up to the forecast with rain all day, as demonstrated by this geranium. 

I had booked for another talk in the Festival of Women's Fiction on "Witcherature" by Anya Bergman, the author of The Witches of Vardo and Stacey Thomas, who wrote The Revels. I had read The Witches of Vardo for the occasion. However, due to a senior moment, I turned up instead at the next talk which was on rom-com fiction, a bit different from what I was expecting. Ho hum.

I spent the evening with JH who fed me well. It was good to catch up as she has been extremely busy with work and family for some time now.
