A beautiful Calendula

The Feast Day of Saint Maria Faustina. A humble, prayerful, Polish nun, who received the miracle of the Image of The Divine Mercy and the Chaplet of Divine Mercy prayer. St Maria suffered much and experienced inner locations or insights of holy importance, from Lord Jesus. It is a good life of a Saint if you are wishing to learn more, research it and perhaps read or listen to St Maria Faustina' s Diary being read, on YouTube. A humble Saint who I have been influenced by and take seriously.

Today started very cold and pleasantly sunny.

The heating was needed for an hour to help warm up the cold rooms.

Hunter had stayed in over night but Holly was in the garden. She came in for breakfast and Hunter went out, returning later for breakfast. We have continued to put food out for the visiting hedgehog in the evening, but we have not seen the little hedgehog for a week now.

I went to the shop for the newspaper and later to our friend Lynn, with the Gardening News.
I have been indoors most of the morning. My Ammonite pendant and two tall fragranced dinner candles from Etsy, were delivered.
Paul did some essential pre Winter house repairs to the seal at the ground level of the house, where the wall meets the flagstones. We don't want damp or slugs getting in.

I am going to plant some Basil cuttings now. I rooted them in water and white roots have appeared so I am happy with that.
Escape to the Country is on at 3pm so Paul and me will hopefully watch that show. Then he will bake Shortbread and when it's cooled, I will Bournville chocolate the segments.

Have a lovely Saturday and thank you for visiting my site, blip friends.
