Journey

Going over to "The Dark Side" this weekend to stay with my friend H and husband B in Lancashire :-)).  Planned train  was cancelled as they were a member of staff short - I seem to jinx public transport!  So, caught an alternative train and picked up the Morecambe bound train in Skipton and then had a smooth journey to Wennington - these landscapes taken through the train window en route. H & I went for a walk this afternoon over the moor and ending in an ancient pub. B t
joined us later and gave us a lift back. Turned out that the landlady had owned The Pineberry in Queensbury - small world.  Back to the house for dinner and then an early (for me!) night. Hope our church choir had a good evening at the Bingley Music Town concert.
