Recovery fuel

Had planned to get up early to go out for a bike ride but slept a solid ten hours so decided to go for a wee short and slow run instead. This was followed by a cupcake left over from yesterday and a glass of chocolate milk. Lovely!

Banked 20 miles running this week which is the most for a while. Feel well on target for the Great Scottish Run.
