Hot?

I’m not sure I see the point in hot tubs, but as the owners of the shepherd’s hut are staying in has already fired up the log burner for it, I thought I’d give it a try.

Certainly pleasant, but not about to go choosing future destinations on whether there is one or not.

Wet drive down, but uneventful enough with planned recharging stops finding rapid chargers available and working. The puncture Mel spotted we had at the second stop was unfortunate, but ten miles from Penrith we were able to limp to a garage to get that sorted, and be on our way within an hour total time lost.

The hut we’re staying in is lovely. Compact, but lovely. Just 5 miles or so out of York, on a farm (so slightly busman’s), and just what we need (if you discount the cat stress related yesterday).
